Roadside assistance + car servicing platform
Designing an online service booking platform for an automobile company that engages with the customers requesting the service, technicians and dealers providing the service.
As a part of design sprint at Wipro, we were given a time of 2 weeks to translate the given brief into a working prototype along with explorations of in-app micro interactions and animations.
We went beyond that and firstly aimed to understand the ecosystem of automobiles and automobile servicing, identifying what the gaps are and building a solution that can fill those missing gaps.
| This project proved to be an exercise in building brand strategy, understanding user's mental model at all stages of interaction and building the service around that.

This project proved to be the most appreciated solutions among the various design sprints in terms of the explorations done through in-app animations and the thought given on solving for the ecosystem - providing beneficial solutions to not just the customers, but also the technicians and admins involved in every transaction.
This project was later taken up by Wipro for a client who wanted to create a similar solution for their automobile services.
